Hey everyone! The Returning.AI team is excited to bring you several new updates designed to streamline your management processes and improve community interactions. Here’s what’s new:

    Badge Request Webhook Trigger

We’ve introduced a new webhook trigger for "badge request." Now, whenever a user submits a badge request, this trigger activates, enabling automated badge assignments and promptly notifying administrators. This streamlines the process, ensuring badge requests are handled efficiently and without delay.

    Multiple Social Media Account Integration

Community owners can now connect more than one social media account per platform. This enhancement means you can set up social quests across multiple accounts, expanding your reach and engagement opportunities by leveraging various social media channels simultaneously.

    AI Translations for Community Emails

We’re also rolling out AI translations for community emails! When users register, their browser language is detected, ensuring that all subsequent email communications are automatically translated into the language they’re most comfortable with.

    Bug Fixes and Improvements:

    - Fixed a bug causing users in the user list to temporarily disappear when a new user joins.

    - Fixed an issue causing AI translations to not work on the new forum channels.

    - Fixed a UI bug that resulted in XP and Coin notifications displaying incorrectly.

Stay tuned for more updates as we continuously strive to enhance your community experience!

The new interface makes it easier to organize your store offerings and preview them before they go live!

AES Key Option for Incoming Webhooks

We’ve added an option for you to enter an AES key when creating an incoming webhook. This AES key is used to encrypt sensitive data transmitted by the webhook, ensuring that the information sent to your community platform is secure and tamper-proof.

Channel Widgets & Social Quests Migration

We’ve successfully migrated our channel widgets and social quests over to V2—marking another significant milestone in our ongoing migration. With social quests now on V2, you have the power to leverage gamification to boost engagement, not only within your community but across your social media channels as well.

    Guest Mode

We’re also introducing Guest Mode. This feature lets potential members preview your community and get a glimpse of ongoing interactions without needing to create an account. Guests can view content and conversations while their ability to interact is appropriately limited.

Hey everyone! The Returning.AI team has been hard at work implementing several powerful upgrades to further boost your community experience. Check out what’s new this week:

    Custom Field Integrations

We’ve improved our custom field integrations so that rewards are now assigned to users in real time! Previously, completed referral conditions required an extra step—like logging in or sending a message—to sync the data. Now, everything updates instantly, making rewards tracking faster and more reliable.

    Expanded Destination URL Feature

Building on last week’s destination URL feature, we’ve expanded its capabilities. In addition to redirecting new users, you can now also automatically send logged-in users to specific channels. This makes it even easier to guide your community to important channels, such as those for rules or special events.

    User List Export Enhancements

We’ve improved our user list export function, too. When exporting your user list to CSV, you now have the option to export only the fields you select in your custom fields dropdown. This gives you a more streamlined and customizable way to manage your community data.

    Bug Fixes and Improvements:

    - Fixed a bug causing role and channel mentions to not appear properly on channel widgets.

    - Dealt with multiple remaining minor bugs in Analytics and the User List on V2.

    Custom Leaderboard Description Styling

We’ve expanded the text styling options in the description field of custom leaderboards. Now, you have even more ways to add flair and emphasis to your competition details, ensuring that your members fully grasp the challenge and excitement behind each event.

    - Fixed a bug causing hyperlinks to be unable to be added when a message is edited.
