We managed to have some improvements and bug fixes along the way. We are also in the testing stage of a new feature (one of the many in plans) hopefully to be released ultra soon!

- Mobile-responsive Splash Screen

Users can now upload a custom splash screen for mobile (and of course, desktop) to experience the app tailor-made for your handy device.

- Language Translation in Webhook

Community owners and admins can now translate messages received via incoming webhooks. Messages will then be sent to their respective channel(s) in the preferred language set.

- HubSpot Integration

You can now integrate HubSpot into your community! Update your Contacts on Hubspot with community data for better-personalised marketing campaigns and sales outreach, ensuring customers receive tailored content and experiences.

Bug Fixes:

- Increase Action / Behaviours fields to 4 digits

- Gamification on new servers not able to save settings properly

- Userlist download issue

Hey everyone! While waiting for testing phases to be completed for a few new soon-to-be-released features, the team from Returning.AI have been busy fixing some bugs. We are also in progress to fine tune our speed and performance issues via a high-effort migration.

The team is hard at work, and we'd like to keep you in the loop. Here's what we've fixed, built and are working on right now -

New Features:

- Activity Page

Users can now view all of their notifications from the Activity icon on the left panel where it will be broken down to “All”, “Replies”, “Mentions”, “Reactions”, and even “Trade Ideas”. This will replace how we used to receive notifications on the top right of the page. This feature will allow users to go straight to the activity and reply conveniently from the right window display!

- Advanced Referral Tracking

We can set how referrals are rewarded. This will only be applied to all personal invite links. Only when the invitees complete your specified actions will they become a referral. This would be a great leaderboard challenge for your community
